I agree something is amiss...the issue I find most troubling, exactly what can we do with this information?
When humanity concedes that crisis is at hand. When society realizes that blame very possibly lies more with them than the things they blame. When eye's are truly open and awake... what do we do with the information?

Present it to the Government? To the courts? Plead the case of corruption and conspiracy to who? Will the outcome stretch to other arena's as everything else seems to….money changing hands, secret deals being made? Whose ambition and dedication will turn into sell-out for personal reason or benefit?
According to the Supreme court awareness is irrelevant. Example?

In most of the 1990's and into the 2,000's court's ruled that warning labels (which have been present on cigarette packaging for over 50 years) was not sufficient enough warning to educate the general public to the dangerous of cigarette smoking. This was done to the tune of $100.5 million against RJ Reynolds(r) manufacturers of Marlboro© and other cigarette brands alone between 2002-2004. Purcell Atty@Law(2004)
According to this attorney the public has not been informed to the dangers of cigarette smoking for over 50 years.

Cigarette smoking may cause, has been linked to, etc…
Investigating the large variety of warnings on cigarette packages, cartons, bulk packaging and the FCC rulings concerning cigarette advertisement I found a couple of points of interest.

• There are roughly 50 different types of warnings from the obvious to most cancer and birth defects to heart disease and throat disease's and possible second hand smoke dangers.

Television brain washing? Propaganda. Music making people kill people? Blame.
Did you see exactly what happened? Apathy. Lack of involvement. Crutches.
Crutches like God and alcohol.
"I beat my wife because of alcohol....my name is asshole and I'm a drunk dipshit." Welcome to AA fucknut.
"I saw it in a movie…about ripped my nose off when the truck drove over me ha, ha… giggle, giggle!"
Yeah real cool man, try jumping off a cliff now, I saw that in a movie once…moron.

Moronism : Defined in the Ripster as: Any invidual regularly practicing stupidity. Idealisms of the United States government and the logic behind them. Not knowing your morning coffee is hot or that smoking is probably bad for the lungs.

Individuals that do not get the idea even after reading the examples.

Drama…A circumstance of life that has taught me some battles are worth fighting and some are not. What I mean is either way win or lose it all works the same.
You're the villain. You're wrong, threatened, held accountable. Accountable
by one is too many and that's a lesson doing time taught me....one day in jail is one too long. I did over 4,000.
Kid's these days are making jail, prison, family and babies within a community of gangs that are at war.
We're all in jail you know. Peering out those slim slits in the bars with one eye. Funny how shit works out and a person thinks to themselves, "Is that shit on purpose? Making the bars exactly as far apart as a persons eyes?" Strange…

Gimme Some Prozac

Prescription's filled over the counter or behind the counter, or under the counter, or maybe I shouldn't say that in the state of things...the police state...state of the union? What fuckin union? Oh, say can you smell or are your nostrils as shut as your eyes. The blind bats roam free and catch a million mosquitoes while the all seeing and all knowing see the doom coming...like the mosquito a simple oh well and poof and no one misses or scorns the injustice, the dismissed is a pest after all...and aren't we all....just out for all we can get....feed me like a bunch of bloodsuckers, mosquitoes, vampires. Bacterial infection in an otherwise healthy enigma...chaotic space in the continuum of time where clocks mean nothing and pinpoints in the sky mean even less The Earth is a wound within the universe. Because of humanity and the havoc we reap. We're just a dot out there that someone maybe wishes on...a star.

Stars and aren't we all...

Stars within our own right...

What cures a star sick with its own disease?

The first time I ever saw the beach it was midnight...a full moon...Myrtle Beach....alone.

June 25, 2009

So many times I have written dates that hold significance and memory forever in my heart. September 11, 2001, February 18, 2001, December 7, 1941, August 16, 1977...so many of these dates can be identified by virtually any one of us. The news this week has again awakened my "Your getting old" conscience typically rather silent. I cannot help it , the abandon, the apathy, the transgression of a generation that has seen more than some ever will. The sixties and onward brought a lot of change to a world tore by oppression, war, famine, human and civil rights challenges, increases in taxation and decreases in income. It is rather staggering to sit back and realize the events that have occurred (some life changing) over the last 45 years. At 47 I can attest to the sight of many things good, bad, and flat out evil. But things go on and we are left with the nostalgia that all our trails were worth it. If they did not happen then we would not have our daughters and sons. Our wives and our lovers. Our friends and our hope because things would change if they had not been and had not occurred.

So sad, Farrah so rocked. In teen's I had TWO Farrah poster's.... The one of her sitting down in a bathing suit and this one.

I don't believe that garbage they say and Michael rocked too.

Childhood and those within it will be greatly missed.

The Old, The Wise, and The Wicked
